General Information for Members

- Pictures for exhibiting at the Hospice can be brought to the Studio on the appropriate Appraisal Evenings

- Be at the Studio in good time for 7.30pm so that speakers are not disturbed by late entrants

- If you bring a friend, place a contribution in the donation box to help with the considerable expenses

- Volunteer at least once to help make the tea on Thursday evenings

- Help to clear away the chairs and tables after each meeting
